We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Managerto lead our Human Resources function and drive people-centric strategies that support our organizational goals and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall HR function, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and training. Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with hospitality industry best practices. Handle end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, counseling, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, gratuity, maternity benefits, and other regulations. Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and service quality. Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and preparation of HR MIS reports. Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven work culture. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum7+ years of HR experience , preferably in the hospitality industry. Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Indian labour laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Office, and other digital HR tools.
