Experience the difference withListenlights - your trusted MEP partner.Role Description:AGM – Engineering (Mechanical) will be responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of Electrical Power and Distribution Systems across various project types, includingCommercial, Residential, Industrial, and Switchyard projects .Key Responsibility Areas:Detail Engineering with experience from Datacentre Design background. Experience with critical facility operations, including procedure-based work In-depth understanding of mechanical plans, specifications, and equipment shop drawings, psychrometric charts and refrigeration cycles, and electrical and life safety monitoring and control systems used in critical environments Heating & Cooling load calculation using HAP / Excel Sheet. Knowledge of VRV/VRF system designing. Knowledge of chiller system, Primary Pump, Secondary Pump, Cooling tower, Thermal storage Tank, Valve Selection. Formulation and calculation of ventilation system Calculation as per norms. Machine selection (Equipment – HVAC) Preparation of Duct Sizing and pipe design layout and quantity take off. Static pressure calculation, Pump Head Calculation, staircase pressurization & lift lobby pressurization system and Toilet exhaust system. Preparation of Schematics for each system and developing single line design markup for drawing. Assigning duct levels, preparing duct cross section, equipment, grill schedules and isometric drawings for CHW, piping & cross section for the pump room and plant room. Preparation of input /output statement for HVAC Equipment to design BMS Systems. Identifying the interferences between different services, coordination as per the other services with the Architectural/Structural plan and generating the sections as required. Knowledge on HVAC Systems as per IS, NBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE etc. Perform the tasks of developing, preparing and maintaining the budgets and schedules of projects. Have basic knowledge on Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting services and BMS Systems.Must Have Requirements:Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Technical Knowledge:Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, HAP, or similar design and analysis tools. Certifications:Additional relevant certifications or specialized courses will be an added advantage.
