We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our Transportation & Logistics vertical for our RFID-based solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and position our RFID technologies as the preferred solution across supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and fleet management ecosystems.Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the sales strategy for RFID solutions within the transportation and logistics sector. • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets and drive consistent sales performance. • Identify new market opportunities, emerging use cases, and competitive differentiation. • Build a pipeline of enterprise clients such as 3PLs, freight operators, logistics providers, warehousing companies, and e-commerce firms. • Lead high-value deal cycles for RFID hardware, software, and integration services. • Develop strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders and supply chain decision-makers. • Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to create tailored RFID solutions. • Conduct solution demos, site assessments, ROI modeling, and technical workshops. • Develop and manage channel partners and system integrators. • Monitor industry trends and provide product feedback. • Build and lead a high-performing sales team.Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial automation or retail international brands or Automotive manufacturing. • Proven experience selling RFID, IoT, or automation solutions. • Strong understanding of RFID technologies, middleware, and integrations with WMS/TMS/ERP. • Knowledge of logistics processes such as yard management, asset tracking, warehouse automation, and inventory visibility. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
