Role Overview Tonic Worldwideis seeking aSenior Client Partnerwith1–2 years of agency experience in account management/client servicing . The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and strategic coordination across internal teams.Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and effective client relationships Manage end-to-end account operations including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, performance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable plans Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines and quality standards Support in developing strategic recommendations and presentations for clients Monitor ongoing campaigns and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes Maintain documentation related to client communication, deliverables, and reports Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling where applicableRequired Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in anagency environmentin account management or client servicing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively Good understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
