The company offers a comprehensive, fully digital platform designed to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of MFDs, enabling them to focus on building strong client relationships and facilitating wealth creation.Role Objective We are seeking a high-ownership, business minded & Street smart Senior Associate to lead the execution of initiatives in our Partnerships & Strategic alliances. This role is designed to be the "engine room" of the team - streamlining tasks and ensuring 100% accuracy in data and engagement activities. Your primary goal is to ensure the daily operations of the partnership vertical run flawlessly, acting as the bridge across internal & external teams.Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Operations & Event Leadership End-to-End Execution:Lead the planning and delivery of offline Partner events & webinars (covering venue logistics, marketing materials, and participant communication).Campaign Management:Plan & execute joint marketing campaigns; create timelines, coordinate creative production with internal teams, and ensure all co-branded content meets brand and compliance standards. Process Excellence:Create and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks (e.g.event run-books) to reduce turnaround time and improve team efficiency. 2. Data, MIS & Compliance MIS Ownership & Analytics:Take end-to-end responsibility for the accuracy of MIS dashboards and weekly/monthly trackers. Analyze data from partnership activities to provide actionable insights and status reports for management. Rate Maintenance:Maintain and update brokerage rates & product lists timely ensuring rigorous audit trail and version control and correctly reflected across platforms. 3. Stakeholder Management Bridge Role:Act as the first point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Product, Compliance) to resolve operational bottlenecks without constant manager intervention. Vendor Management:Handle negotiations and onboarding/empanelment for AMCs/vendors, manage invoices and performance.Qualifications & Skills Experience:2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Partnership Management or Business Development (Fintech or Financial Services background is highly preferred). Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills inMicrosoft Excel(Pivot Tables, complex formulas) are essential for managing MIS and brokerage tasks. Domain Knowledge:A solid understanding ofMutual Funds , financial products, and the Indian financial market landscape. Communication:Strong written and verbal skills; ability to draft professional partner communications and proofread content for accuracy.
