Act as a point HR leader for the office Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture building & retention strategies Manage end-to-end hiring: workforce planning, interviews, offers & onboarding Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals Handle performance management, goal setting, reviews & feedback cycles Address employee concerns, grievance handling & conflict resolution Ensure compliance with HR policies, processes & labor laws Support leadership with people insights, data & recommendations Plan and execute engagement events, town halls & team initiatives Mentor junior HR members and build a strong HR presence on-groundQualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) or MBA in Human Resources (HR) or a related fieldRequired Skills Strong exposure to office HR operations & stakeholder management Excellent communication, leadership & influencing skills Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership High emotional intelligence and people-first approach Experience in fast-paced / growing organizations preferredPreferred Skills A leader, not just an executor Someone who can oversee the entire office confidently Brings new ideas, initiatives & improvements proactively Strong decision-making ability and business acumen
