This role will ensure structured execution of training programs, high certification standards, robust reporting mechanisms, and continuous curriculum improvement aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Training Governance & Program ManagingOwn and execute the training calendar with 100% adherence, ensuring optimal batch allocation and trainer mapping.Oversee end-to-end certification governance, ensuring no candidate is certified without validated skill and knowledge benchmarks.Monitor defined turnaround time (TAT) from training completion to certification through structured tracking.Identify attrition risks or non-trainable candidates within the first 3 days of onboarding and escalate appropriatelyCoordinate cross-functionally with Ops, Sales, TA, and SMEs to ensure seamless training delivery and alignment with business objectives.2. Data Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain real-time dashboards tracking attendance, assessment scores, certification throughput, NPS, and training effectiveness.Publish structured weekly reports highlighting performance metrics, risk flags, and action plans.Ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity across training and certification records.Leverage analytics to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective interventions.3. Content Development & OptimisationDesign, update, and standardize curriculum aligned with business requirements and process changes.Create assessment frameworks mapped to learning objectives, including scenario-based evaluations and skill validation.Continuously improve content effectiveness using performance data, feedback insights, and certification outcomes.Ensure timely content revisions based on operational or product updates.Skills & ExperienceStrong program management and governance experience in L&D or Training Operations.Proficiency in data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting tools.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail with a focus on process adherence and quality control.
