Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth communication and updates with the sales team.Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Automation / Computer Science or related field. Strong interest in Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Interaction, and Technical Solution Selling. Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly to customers. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
