Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Hyderabad, India, the company is publicly traded and employs 5,001 to 10,000 people.About the Role: We are hiring a AI Engineer (Agentic Systems)to design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems for real-time, AI-driven products. This is a hands-on role focused on scalable LLM-based agents and strong system design, working closely with AI engineers and engineering leadership.Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and integrate scalable agentic AI systems (autonomous and multi-agent, LLM-driven) into enterprise platforms and workflows. Design and evolve agent capabilities including planning, memory, RAG, tool usage, async task execution, and orchestration. Evaluate emerging agentic models and frameworks; prototype, benchmark, and optimize systems for performance, robustness, safety, and cost. Deploy and operate agentic systems in production; monitor behavior, diagnose anomalies, and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement. Collaborate with AI engineers and leadership to shape reliable, intuitive interactions with real-time AI systems.Qualifications: Master’s or PhD (or equivalent hands-on experience) in ML, AI, Computer Vision, Speech, or a related field. 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years building LLM-based or agentic systems.Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern backend development. Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, or similar. Experience building agentic systems, including chat or conversational interfaces, workflow-driven agents, tool use, and LLM-based protocols (e.g., MCP-style or equivalent). Proven track record building production AI agents with planning, memory, tool use, delegation, and retrieval. Experience with vector databases and semantic search (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or similar). Strong system design skills and ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts.Nice to Have : Experience deploying agentic systems on platforms such as Vertex AI, Databricks, or AWS Bedrock. Familiarity with agent safety, evaluation, and governance (e.g., RLHF, guardrails, monitoring).
