With the necessary regulatory authorizations, iBus is driving innovation and transforming the digital landscape for businesses across various industries.Position Summary As a Leader, Commercial head will be responsible for driving synergies between the supply chain and deployment function. On one hand build in best-in-class procurement and warehousing & logistic practices and on other lead the timely execution of network project rollout as per business and network plan for Mobility business. Thus, resulting in delivery & cost efficiencies contributing to the overall profitability of the Business.Key Responsibilities1. Supply Chain Strategy & Governance Define and execute theend-to-end supply chain strategyaligned with business plans, AOP, and long-term growth objectives. Establish stronggovernance, controls, and policiesacross Plan-to-Procure and Procure-to-Pay processes. Ensure compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and regulatory adherence across supply chain operations. 2. Planning & Execution Excellence Provide leadership oversight forMaster Production Scheduling (MPS)andMaterial Requirement Planning (MRP)aligned with business planning cycles. Own accountability for item-level planning accuracy, execution discipline, and service-level performance. Lead structured project planning to meet monthly and quarterly targets, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing contingency plans to ensure delivery continuity. Maintain strong working familiarity withdigital supply chain systems and tools . 3. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Leadership Leadstrategic buying and complex contract negotiationsfor Capex and Opex in line with Business AOP. Ensure best-in-classvendor selection, pricing, contract compliance, and AP governance . Build long-term supplier partnerships focused on cost leadership, quality, innovation, and supply assurance. 4. Financial Stewardship & Business Acumen Own theAnnual Operating Plan (AOP)for the Supply Chain function with strong cost, margin, and working capital focus. Drive budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis. Translate operational metrics intoclear financial outcomesincluding inventory turns, cash flow impact, ROI, and margin improvement. Publish and presentMIS, dashboards, and insightsto senior leadership, investors, and board members. 5. Partner Development & Governance Identify, onboard, and develop strategicmaterial and service partnersto achieve cost, quality, and delivery synergies. Lead structured governance reviews with internal stakeholders and vendors, driving corrective and preventive actions. Strengthen supplier ecosystems to support scalability and long-term business continuity. 6. Material, Inventory & Logistics Management Provide leadership forlogistics, freight, and warehouse management (3PL)across multiple locations. Ensure robustinventory control , including WIP (Work in Progress) and SRM (Site Return Material), minimizing working capital lock-in. Ensure100% material accounting accuracyand governance offixed asset movement (GB/NB) 7. Cost Efficiency & Value Creation Championcost optimization, value engineering, and productivity initiativesacross the supply chain. Leverage process engineering, digitization, and innovation to deliver sustainable cost savings and profitability improvement. 8. Quality, Process Excellence & Transformation Implement and enforce stringentquality standards, audits, and compliance mechanismsacross supply chain processes. Lead continuous improvement, process re-engineering, and transformation initiatives to build a scalable and future-ready supply chain. 9. Leadership, Stakeholder & Board Engagement Act as atrusted advisorto the CEO, executive leadership, investors, and board members. Confidently present supply chain strategy, performance, risks, and investment proposals atboard and audit committee forums . Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with a strong culture of accountability and ownership 10. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Projects, Network Operations, Sales, and Finance to align procurement with delivery and service commitments. Support solution design decisions with cost, availability, and risk inputs. Collaborate with global OEMs and regional partners to support expansion and innovation.Mobility Solutions – Specific Responsibilities (Indoor cellular, DAS, small cells, IBS, telecom infrastructure)Own end-to-end sourcing foractive and passive mobility infrastructure , including DAS/IBS equipment, small cells, antennas, RF components, fiber, power systems, and associated civil works. Manage procurement for long-lead and regulatory-sensitive items, ensuring alignment with rollout milestones. Develop alternate sourcing strategies for critical components to minimize network deployment risks. Manage frequentdesign, BOM, and site condition changesthrough controlled change management and rapid sourcing adjustments. OptimizeCAPEX per sitethrough value engineering, design-to-cost initiatives, and commercial structuring. Ensure strict adherence tooperator, OEM, and telecom compliance standardsacross all sourced materials.Managed Wi-Fi Solutions – Specific Responsibilities (Enterprise Wi-Fi, hospitality, campuses, residential, managed Wifi services)Own end-to-end sourcing forWi-Fi access points, controllers, switches, gateways, structured cabling, edge devices, and customer-premise equipment (CPE) Lead procurement ofcloud controllers, software licenses, subscriptions, and managed service platforms . Optimize commercial models forterm-based licenses, renewals, upgrades, and scale-up/down flexibility Build a scalable ecosystem ofOEMs, distributors, MSPs, and support partners . Support rapid deployment cycles with standardized SKUs and vendor frameworks. Optimize OPEX for managed services through contract structuring and vendor consolidation Ensure strict adherence toOEM, and compliance standardsacross all sourced materials.Key Performance indicators Pricing Index Improvement: 5–10% YoY CAPEX efficiency. Savings must be realized, not negotiated DPO Improvement by 10% On-Time Material Availability: ≥98%of sites receiving full BOM before deployment start Plan to Procure TAT- 5 working days. MRP Accuracy: Planned vs actual material requirement should be in the range ≥95% TAT for Vendor Identification Team productivity Team ESATSkills & Competencies Predictable, scalable procurement engine supporting both Mobility and Managed Wi-Fi Contract negotiations and vendor management. Experience of handling large project deployment. Effective communication/people skills to manage team and partners. Strong process and audit orientation Measurable cost savings and working capital release Reduced deployment and service risks Strong vendor partnerships aligned with iBUS’s long-term roadmap Digitized, audit-ready procurement functionPreferred Qualification & Experience B.E/B. Tech with 15-18 years of experience in the domain of supply chain & project management from Telecom / Infrastructure experience.
