Job Description – AGM (Assistant General Manager) – Solar ProjectsCompany:Genedge Renewables Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar – Utility Scale)Experience:10–14 years Location: Head Office/Gujarat / Rajasthan / Project Sites- as per the requirements.Role OverviewThe AGM – Solar Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar power projects across Genedge’s portfolio, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality, and compliance with statutory and safety standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage execution of MW-scale solar projects from site mobilization to commissioning 2. Coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams 3.Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety 4. Oversee civil, electrical, and evacuation activities at site 5. Liaison with DISCOMs, STU/CTU, and government authorities for approvals and grid connectivity 6. Track risks, resolve execution issues, and escalate where required 7. Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and regulatory compliance 8. Prepare and present project progress reports to senior managementCandidate Profile BE / BTech (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) Strong experience in utility-scale solar projects (EPC / IPP) Hands-on site execution exposure Good stakeholder and vendor management skills
