Title:-US Delivery Manager( Automotive Industry) Location: Noida (Onsite) Shift: EST Shift Experience: 9+Years Domain: Automotive( Engineering & IT )Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced US Delivery Manager with strong expertise in the Automotive industry to manage delivery operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project execution, client satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence across automotive programs.Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery for Automotive projects for US clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and SLA adherence. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and recruitment/delivery teams. Drive resource planning, capacity management, and team utilization. Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans. Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to support business growth. Prepare and present delivery reports, KPIs, and dashboards to leadership. Ensure compliance with US client processes and automotive industry standards.Required Skills & Expertise Strong experience in US delivery management, preferably in Automotive domain. Understanding of Automotive engineering, manufacturing, or digital transformation projects. Experience working with US clients and managing offshore teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Expertise in SLA, KPI, and performance management.Preferred Skills Exposure to Automotive OEMs / Tier-1 suppliers. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc. Experience in IT services, engineering services, or staffing delivery.Why Join Us?
