The role involves designing, configuring, and customizing ITAM solutions, developing scripts and integrations, and ensuring compliance across asset lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance ITAM workflows, automation, and integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server). Customize ServiceNow components (UI policies, client scripts, business rules, Script Includes). Manage data imports, normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and hardware audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITAM governance.Required Skills: Hands-on ServiceNow development (2–5 years). Strong knowledge ofSAM Pro, HAM Pro, JavaScript, Glide API . Experience with ServiceNow integrations, CMDB, Discovery, ITIL processes. Good communication and documentation skills.
