We are looking for aLead NetSuite Functional Consultantto own and lead NetSuite functional implementations, enhancements, and support activities. The role requires strong ERP process knowledge, hands-on configuration expertise, and the ability to guide teams, interact with senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across NetSuite modules.Responsibilities Lead business process analysis and map requirements to NetSuite functionalities Own functional solution design and lead NetSuite implementations acrossOrder to CashandProcure to Paymodules Configure and manage NetSuite features, preferences, workflows, roles, dashboards, and SuiteBundles Oversee NetSuite customizations including custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, and reports Lead data migration activities using CSV imports and legacy-to-NetSuite mapping Manage and executeUnit, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing Prepare and review TRDs, functional documentation, and end-user training materials Manage release previews, sandbox refreshes, and testing for NetSuite upgrades Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and manage enhancement requests Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders; mentor junior consultantsQualificationsNetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant / Financial User / SuiteFoundation) Experience in consulting or multi-client delivery environments Exposure toIndia localization (GST, TDS, statutory reporting) Experience supporting global or multi-subsidiary NetSuite accounts
