Scrum Master Project ManagerRemote India (US hours)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for guiding our IT & Infrastructure teams, facilitating Agile processes, and managing projects from conception to delivery. Your Experience3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in a software development environment.Solid understanding of IT development life cycle as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.Proven experience managing projects, timelines, and budgets.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.Experience with Agile project management tools such as Wrike, Jira and Confluence.Maintaining ticket queues, tickets, and escalations.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a globally dispersed team and stakeholders.A dedicated, hardworking individual with a strong drive for success.BA or BS Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Nice to HavesExperience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred.Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM), PMP).Experience in leveraging AI technologies to assist in your role.A bias for action and strong problem-solving skills.This role is a contract and in Night Shifts of Indian Standard Time.
