The role owns end-to-end brand delivery—from positioning and launch narratives to integrated campaign execution—ensuring SOBHA’s benchmarks of precision, consistency, and craftsmanship are reflected across every touchpointKey Responsibilities Project Launch Ownership Lead brand strategy and marketing for new residential project launches Build clear positioning, launch narratives, and communication architecture Drive pre-launch, launch, and post-launch momentum Brand Strategy & Consistency Develop region-specific brand strategies aligned with SOBHA’s master brand Ensure consistency in brand tonality, messaging, and visual language Act as the brand custodian for the South region Campaign Planning & Execution Lead 360° campaigns across digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns Balance brand storytelling with business objectives Project Sustenance Marketing Own lifecycle marketing for ongoing projects (phases, inventory, milestones) Refresh narratives to maintain recall, relevance, and sales momentum Work closely with sales to align marketing with on-ground priorities Market Intelligence & Performance Track competition, consumer insights, and market trends Monitor campaign performance and optimize using defined KPIs
