This role will be responsible for supporting Program/Project Managers across multiple areas of the PMO including, but not limited to, our PPM tool (Planisware), delivery methodology, resource management, workplan management, RAIDD, stage gates, calendar management, SharePoint updates, data entry/validation and other support activities in the delivery and execution of the program.Skills & Experience: Experience working in a PMO/Project/Program role is preferred. Understanding and experience of basic Project Management concepts. This is a broad role. The ideal candidate will be keen to be involved across all facets of PMO Operations. A keen learner who wishes to grow and develop within the PMO/Project/Program space. Ability to understand complex PMO processes. Brings a mindset of continuous improvement. A natural change agent who can identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on efficiency without sacrificing control, and work alongside our partners to deliver these. A tenacious and pragmatic approach to problem solving. An excellent communicator who can engage with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. Strong PC skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.Responsibilities: Point of contact for PM support in APAC and EMEA. Key role in the day-to-day operation of critical PMO processes. Understand and support all key processes and tools. Regional expert in ADM’s PPM tool (Planisware). Supporting processes and developing templates as required. Perform SharePoint/Microsoft Teams administration including user access management, basic library configuration, and periodic check of SharePoint governance compliance. Providing training to new PMs to ensure they fully understand key processes. Providing administrative support as needed.
