Experience- 4 to 12 yearsSolution Design & Implementation: Lead thedesign, development, and deploymentofKinaxis Rapid Response (RR)solutions. Define system architecture and ensure seamless integration withERP (SAP, Oracle), APS, and other supply chain systems . Work with business teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them intoKinaxis RR configurations and enhancements . Implement best practices indemand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario simulation . Technical Leadership & Development: Guide and mentorKinaxis developers, solution consultants, and cross-functional teams . Oversee technical developments inRapid Response Scripting (RRS), Worksheets, Dashboards, and Analytics . Ensure high-qualitydata modelling, calculations, and custom logicfor supply chain processes. Optimizeperformance tuning, automation, and real-time analyticsin Kinaxis RR. Integration & Process Optimization: Manage integrations betweenKinaxis RR and ERP, WMS, TMS, and external data sources . Driveautomation, real-time collaboration, and AI-driven insightsfor supply chain decision-making. Improvemaster data governance, reporting, and KPI tracking . Project & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primarytechnical point of contactfor Kinaxis RR projects. Work closely withbusiness leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendorsto ensure successful implementation. Leadchange management, training, and user adoption strategiesfor Kinaxis solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in IT or supply chain technology , with4+ years in Kinaxis Rapid Responseimplementation. Strong knowledge ofKinaxis RR architecture, configurations, and modules(Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower). Hands-on experience withRapid Response Scripting (RRS), Data Integration, and Scenario Management . Kinaxis Rapid Response certificationsis a must have. Experience integrating Kinaxis withSAP, Oracle, JDA, or other ERP/APS solutions . Proficiency inSQL, JavaScript, and REST APIsfor data modelling and automation. Knowledge ofsupply chain processes, planning methodologies, and industry best practices . Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Experience withAI/ML-driven forecasting and analytics in Kinaxis . Knowledge ofcloud-based supply chain solutions and real-time collaboration tools .
