About Position:We are seeking a skilled QA Lead with hands-on experience in building scalable, real-time data streaming applications.Role: QA Lead Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 9+ Years Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Lead QA Strategy: Define and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices across projects. Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and ensure timely execution for functional, regression, and performance testing. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide QA engineers, allocate tasks, and ensure high productivity and quality output. Automation Ownership: Drive test automation strategy, select tools, and oversee automation framework development and maintenance. Defect Management: Track, analyze, and report defects; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution. Quality Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs, monitor quality metrics, and present reports to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery. Risk Assessment: Identify potential quality risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
