Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedProject Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)to lead and execute engineering projects from concept to commissioning. The role involves end-to-end project planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor engineering projects related to plant expansion, machinery installation, and process improvement. Prepare project schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and execution plans. Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Maintenance, Safety, Purchase, QA) for smooth project execution. Liaise with vendors, contractors, consultants, and OEMs for equipment procurement and installation. Supervise site activities, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of projects. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company engineering standards. Track project progress, manage risks, resolve technical issues, and provide regular status updates to management. Support continuous improvement initiatives and productivity enhancement projects.Candidate Profile Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience:10–12 years of relevant project execution experience Industry Exposure:Textile Processing Industries / Textile Machine Manufacturing Industry. Strong hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and commissioning.
