Role Summary:The role supports the leadership in the Renewables business through accurate MIS reporting, sales data management, business opportunity tracking, and executive-level coordination. It requires strong analytics, organization skills, and understanding of business processes.Reports To: SBU Head-RenewablesKey Responsibilities Areas:MIS & Sales Reporting: Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS Lead funnel and conversion ratios Opportunity pipeline Order booking and revenue forecasts Collections, margins, and pricing trends Coordinate with regional sales teams BUs to gather structured data for management dashboards Sales Operations & Coordination: Maintain confidential documents including commercial proposals, pricing sheets, and MoUs Coordinate with SBU Head for cross-functional renewables initiatives Track customer interactions, proposal submissions, LOIs, and contract finalization progress Assist BU teams in generating proposals, compliance documents, and MIS formatsJob Specifications: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred) – Sales/Marketing/Operations/Analytics 8-10 years’ experience in MIS, Sales Coordination (preferably in Renewables//Engineering sector) Required Skills & Competencies: Strong MS Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards), PPT, and data modeling Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, SAP preferred) Excellent communication, stakeholder management & coordination skills High attention to detail, task ownership, and confidentiality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced S&M setup Key Attributes: Analytical thinking Proactive and solution-oriented approach Strong business understanding Professional and reliable Ability to work with senior leadership
