Centre Head or Center Manager – Pre-School (Female)The Center Head or Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children, and leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.Key Responsibilities Overseeday-to-day centre operationsand ensure smooth functioning. Ensure effective implementation of theECCE curriculum . Manage, mentor, and superviseteachers, caregivers, and support staff . Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development. Handleparent interactions, counselling, and grievance resolution . Driveadmissions, enrolment growth, and retention . Plan and executelocal marketing, outreach, and open-house events . Ensurechild safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance . Maintain records, reports, and coordination with management.Required Skills Strong leadership and people-management skills Knowledge ofEarly Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) Excellent parent-handling and communication skills Operational and administrative capability Admissions and outreach experience Problem-solving and multitasking abilityQualifications; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education.Preferred Skills; Experience with curriculum development. Knowledge of child development principles.
