Looking for a Freelance Salesforce QA Automation to join a team of rockstar developers. Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce applications.Perform Salesforce Lightning (LWC) component testing and UI validation.Develop automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.Conduct API and integration testing for Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).Validate AppExchange package functionality under the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) model.Manage and maintain Scratch Orgs and Sandbox environments.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams for release planning.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.Perform regression, system, and end-to-end testing across environments.Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and AppExchange review guidelines.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA / Testing.Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).Experience working with ISV model and managed packages for AppExchange.Hands-on experience in Playwright Automation with TypeScript.Expertise in Salesforce Lightning (LWC) testing.Strong experience in Salesforce Integration & API Testing.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).Proficiency in Scratch Orgs & Sandbox Management.Knowledge of version control tools (Git).Good to HaveExperience in AppExchange security review process.Knowledge of performance and load testing tools.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder).Preferred Candidate ProfileStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in product-based or ISV organizations.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Engagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
