We are looking for a dynamic and drivenArea Managerto takecomplete ownership of end-to-end operations for Bangaloreand play a critical role in scaling Freedo into the largest two-wheeler rental platform. This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals who enjoy building and running city operations from the ground up.Key Responsibilities Own and leadend-to-end Bangalore operations , covering growth, execution, and performance Study local market dynamics and area-wise demand to plan city operations Drive and growcity revenueswith complete ownership ofP&L Ensure an excellent customer experience with a 360-degree operational view—from customer care to field executive safety Manage administrative functions and continuously improve operational processes and reporting systems Hire, train, and manage the Bangalore team; assign targets, design incentive plans, and support career development Build and maintain strong relationships with key local stakeholders, including: RTOfor registrations and regulatory clearances City & Traffic Policefor operational coordination and issue resolution Metro stations, bus stands, airports, and railway stationsfor partnerships and demand generation Colleges, malls, hospitals, and theatresfor parking and visibility Define and execute theBangalore growth strategywith strong on-ground implementation Lead multi-layered operations teams by setting goals and incentive programs Launch cost-effectiveoffline marketing campaignsto increase city-level awareness Step in as an active team member whenever required Act as thesingle point of contactfor all Bangalore-related project communicationsWhat We’re Looking For Prior experience managing operations in arental or shared mobility companyis highly desirable Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills High ownership mindset with a hands-on approach and execution-driven attitude Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and operate in ambiguous environments Demonstrated success in achieving targets through planning, execution, and team leadership Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency inMS Office , especiallyMS Excel , with the ability to prepare and share periodic reportsExperience & Qualifications 5+ years of experiencein field operations within therental, shared mobility, or automotive industry(strongly preferred) B.Tech or MBA with a strong academic background Proven experience inground operations, sales, and marketing , consistently delivering business results Experience managingteams of 10+ members , including in-house and external teamsAbout Freedo :Freedo Rentals Building a Smarter, Sustainable Mobility Ecosystem Freedo Rentals, our in-house startup incubated under Hero MotoCorp’s innovation platform ‘Hero Hatch,’ continues its mission to reimagine mobility through a flexible, affordable, and sustainable two-wheeler rental platform.
