We believe in Confidence over all skin & body biases.Come, join the pack!Role Summary Own and drive supply chain technology platforms to ensure system stability, seamless integrations, feature adoption, and continuous enhancement in line with business needs.Basic KRAs: Own end-to-end setup, maintenance, and performance of supply chain technology systems. Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of integrations across supply chain platforms. Drive adoption of new system features through structured UAT, rollout, and change management. Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into system enhancements. Prioritize, deliver, and govern feature development aligned with product roadmap and architecture. Evaluate, onboard, and integrate new supply chain tools, platforms, and technical services. Ensure comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and team enablement for all owned systems.Systems to Manage Order Management System Warehouse Management System Logistics Aggregation and Transportation Management System Post-purchase Customer CommunicationsDetailed KRAs1. Supply Chain Systems Ownership Own end-to-end setup, configuration, and maintenance of supply chain systems Ensure high system availability, performance, and compliance Manage upgrades, enhancements, and system documentation2. System Integrations Management Lead design, setup, and maintenance of integrations across supply chain systems Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data flow between platforms Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve integration issues3. Feature Adoption and Change Management Drive adoption of new system features and enhancements Plan and execute rollouts and change management activities Enable users through training and structured communication4. Stakeholder-Driven Enhancements Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders for system needs Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements Prioritize and deliver enhancements aligned to the product roadmap5. Evaluation and Onboarding of New Solutions Assess, shortlist, and onboard new supply chain technology products or services Lead POCs, vendor evaluations, and implementation initiatives Ensure smooth integration and operational readiness post go-live6. Knowledge Transfer and Team Enablement Own knowledge transfer and documentation for all supply chain systems Enable cross-training and backup ownership within the team Support onboarding and capability building of team members
