About The Position We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Digital Commerce and Consumer Technology capability within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in eCommerce and related marketing technology platforms, proven leadership skills in building and managing cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering high-impact solutions across regions, with a strong focus on collaboration with our US-based organization. This leader will oversee the delivery, and continuous improvement of digital commerce initiatives, ensuring alignment with global business goals and excellence in execution.How You’ll Make a Difference Strategic Leadership:Define and drive the GCC Digital Commerce strategy in alignment with global business objectives; oversee delivery of multi-market digital commerce initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and innovation; champion adoption of modern architectures (headless, composable) to enable a future-ready platform. Delivery & Capability Management:Lead the end-to-end delivery of eCommerce solutions, with a primary focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and integration with related marketing technology platforms; oversee the development, enhancement, and management of content management solutions (preferably Amplience); manage integration of multi-channel customer experience management solutions and marketing technology tools (e.g., email marketing, personalization, analytics); ensure seamless collaboration with US and other regional teams, delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs. Team Leadership & Development:Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of digital commerce and marketing technology professionals; foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.YOU ARE A visionary leader with deep expertise in eCommerce, marketing technology platforms, and global digital transformation. A continuous improvement advocate who actively seeks opportunities to optimize delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize value creation.YOU HAVE Minimum 10 years of experience leading digital commerce and/or marketing technology initiatives. Minimum 5 years of proven, hands-on leadership with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Strong experience with Content Management Systems; Amplience preferred. Expertise in headless and composable commerce architecture. Experience with multi-channel customer experience management solutions. Broad knowledge of marketing technology tools and architecture (e.g., email marketing platforms, personalization engines, analytics). Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering results across global regions, particularly with US-based stakeholders. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a GCC environment or managing offshore delivery centers. Experience with agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
