Role Overview We are seeking aMarketing & Communications Managerwho can translateimplementation excellence and program outcomesintocredible narratives and high-quality contentforCSR heads, sustainability leaders, and institutional partners . The role combinescontent creation, storytelling, and disciplined use of digital marketing tools , with close collaboration across program and leadership teams. Key ResponsibilitiesNarrative & Content Creation Develop case stories, impact notes, testimonials, and program explainers Create and adapt content across formats using tools such asCanva, CMS platforms, and AI-assisted content tools Translate complex implementation work into clear, decision-relevant narratives CSR Positioning & Communication Support CSR pitches, proposals, and capability decks Ensure consistency and credibility across all external communication Digital Channels Manage website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and core content platforms Use analytics and performance metrics to guide content planning and distribution Planning & Collaboration Build focused content calendars linked to active programs Work closely with program and leadership teams; occasional field exposure ProfileEssential 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content roles Strong writing and editorial judgment Hands-on ability withcontent creation and design tools Working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools Ability to communicate complex work with clarity Preferred Experience in CSR, ESG, development, consulting, or institutional contexts Exposure to proposal, impact, or stakeholder-facing communication Culture FitValues substance over noise Comfortable working close to implementation teams Balances storytelling with institutional credibility How to Applysynergie_hr@ (Please mention current location and expected CTC)
