Job Summary Sr. Manager RPA will be responsible for setting up and managing the RPA technology teams. This is a leadership role responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the RPA practice. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA technology solutions that support Retirement Services & Employee Benefits for technology and business operations. This role involves stakeholder management, leading technology teams and drive strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy : Develop and implement a RPA strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of the Retirement Services & Employee Benefits division. Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and increase efficiency. System Development & Maintenance : Direct the design, development, and maintenance of RPA solutions. Reporting : Prepare and present reports on operational performance and business outcomes delivered to senior management and stakeholders. Leadership : Lead and manage a team of RPA professionals. Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Innovation : Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration : Work closely with business operations, technology and other stakeholders to understand and support their needs to deliver appropriate solutions.Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering/information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred. Experience : At least 15 years of experience in RPA using UIPath products and solutions.Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of UI Path RPA solutions. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in automation, and software development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
