About the RoleAds Conversions is hiring aPerformance Marketing / PPC Specialistwith strong hands-on experience inGoogle Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads . This is afull-time, work-from-office rolebased inNoida Electronic City, Sector 62 . We are looking for someone who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manageGoogle Ads campaigns(Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) HandleMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)from setup to scaling Perform keyword research, audience research & competitor analysis Optimize campaigns daily to improveCTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS Setup and manageconversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels) Test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and bidding strategies Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights Coordinate with internal team for creatives, landing pages & offers Required Skills & Experience2–4 years of hands-on experiencein Google Ads & Meta Ads Strong understanding ofperformance marketing & funnels Experience inlead generation or e-commerce campaigns Ability to manage multiple ad accounts independently Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM & conversion tracking Job DetailsExperience:2–4 Years Salary:₹32,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on skills & interview) Location:Noida Electronic City, Sector 62 Work Mode:Work From Office Employment Type:Full-time Important NotesThis isNOT a freelance or work-from-home role Only candidates willing to work from office in Noida should apply Candidates must havepractical, hands-on experience(not just theory) How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply directly or share their CV.
