You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate, optimized, and timely data setup in the Company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and continuously learning.Key Responsibilities • Understand customer product configurations and convert them into structured, accurate data • Configure and maintain product profiles, components, and accessories as per customer rules and industry standards • Analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure high-quality outputs for accurate quoting and production • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Development, Support) to deliver complete and validated setups on time • Provide guidance, training, and documentation to internal teams and customers as required • Identify process improvements and contribute to team knowledge sharing • Support escalated cases related to data accuracy or configuration issues • Ensure timely delivery of tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail and qualityRequired Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline • Experience working with product data structures and product lifecycle processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy • Ability to translate complex product information into structured data elements • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or comparable data tools • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindsetNice to Have • Prior exposure to ERP/CPQ/Manufacturing systems is a plus. • Knowledge of the window and door (fenestration) industry is an added advantage.Why Join Us • Be part of a global product company with a solid industry reputation. • Work on impactful projects that directly influence customer success. • Collaborate with a talented, friendly, and supportive team. • Learn, grow, and make a difference in the digital transformation of the fenestration industry.
