Job DescriptionJob Title: Manager Special Projects Experience-4+ yearsPosition ObjectiveManage large format events such as concerts, festivals, award shows, televised shows, brand IP’s, Phase 1 IP’s etc. Curate and conceptualize IPs for Clients and Phase 1Business ResponsibilityHandle special projects / large format events / televised events / IP’s end-to-end Front-end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income(NBD) for Phase 1 to an agreed annual target Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project briefs & event objectives Negotiating with clients & closing the deal Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations and Creative teams Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries Oversee end-to-end activities from lead generation to post-event report as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events Work in collaboration with Client Servicing, Operations, and Creative teams to grow the events business Market Intelligence: Identify and analyze brands to partner with on various projects, understand competition, research, and knowledge of current trends (marketing/lifestyle/others)Project Management Create and develop a robust marketing plan to promote and create awareness around the project Identifying potential sponsors to associate with and generate funds through sponsorship sales/barters, etc Liaise between creative & operations to execute a large format event in its entirety Post-event analysis/feedback/report/case study to be created Manage & lead a team during the course of the projectClient ManagementUnderstands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly Build innovative strategies to retain key clients Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution Leverage client feedback and ensure continuous reinventionKey AttributesStrategic and commercial attitude towards marketing and client servicing A professional appearance and the social skills necessary to deal with a range of clients Self-confidence and stature to represent Phase 1 on a senior level Ability to prioritize work under pressure with good time management Energetic team player with a high level of adaptability and enthusiasm Staff management skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals and team Willingness to work flexibly Good judgment and decision-making capabilities Passionate about Events and entertainment in general Excellent written and verbal communication
