Compensatory Offs:If you work beyond regular hours, you'll receive compensatory time off and reimbursement for travel and meals.About the Role: Mad About Digital is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Photo and Videography Executive to drive the creation of visually compelling content that aligns with our clients digital storytelling needs. You will oversee the end-to-end production of photos and videos, ensuring seamless collaboration between our creative, marketing, and client teams. As part of a fast-paced, innovative agency, you will play a crucial role in bringing bold ideas to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Production: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and plan photo and video shoots. Develop production schedules, shot lists, and mood boards. Source and coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and other talent as required. Scout locations and planning the shoots in detail. Handle equipment rentals and logistics, ensuring all tools are prepared for the shoot. 2. Production: Oversee on-site photo and video shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule. Provide creative input during shoots to ensure brand guidelines are met. Manage basic set design, lighting, and basic styling to create visually appealing results. Address any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the shoot. 3. Post-Production: Collaborate with editors to finalize content, ensuring it meets creative and technical standards. Review, provide feedback, and approve edits for images and videos. Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for future use. 4. General: Stay updated on trends in photography, videography, and production techniques. Execute shoots within the budget allotted for equipment and other miscellaneous items. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Assist with creative brainstorming and contribute ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling.Qualifications and Skills: 2-4 years of experience in photo and videography, preferably in a marketing or branding environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, DaVinci & Final Cut). Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and post-production workflows. Strong creative vision and the ability to translate concepts into visual content. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience in e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, food, automotive, FMCG industries. Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.
