Professional development opportunities and a supportive team culture.Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Client Servicing Executive who can take ownership of social media operations, client servicing, and team coordination. The role requires sharp attention to detail, proactive client communication, and the ability to oversee all aspects of content planning, quality control, deployment, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely execution and consistent quality across all deliverables.Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. Ability to create and manage engaging content across various platforms. Experience with social media advertising and budget management.Preferred Skills: Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Operations:Oversee the complete process of briefing, ideation, QC, and deployment of organic content. Content Quality Control:Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards before deployment. Client & Internal Coordination:Act as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely execution. Content Ideation & Planning:Work with creative teams to conceptualize engaging campaign ideas and strategies for different markets. Deployment & Monitoring:Cross-check scheduled posts across platforms and ensure error-free publishing. Reporting & Analysis:Generate detailed performance reports for social media activities, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights. Team Supervision:Oversee and align activities across design, content, and strategy teams to ensure smooth workflow. Market Analysis:Monitor social media performance across regions/markets, analyze data, and recommend optimization strategies.
