The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between theoretical converter design and practical lab-based EMI/EMC compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Simulation:Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools likeSiWaveandAnsys AEDT . PCB Layout Strategy:Implement "correct-by-construction" design principles for high-power density layouts usingAltiumorOrCAD . Compliance Testing:Lead the testing and validation of power converters in the lab to ensure adherence to EMI/EMC and Power Integrity specifications. Advanced Filtering:Design and test EMI filters to optimize performance and reduce noise. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices.Required QualificationsEducation:B.Tech/M.Tech (Master’s inPower Electronics and Controlpreferred). Experience:4+ years in Power Integrity and EMI/EMC simulation/testing. Technical Proficiency: Strong background in power electronic converter design principles. Hands-on expertise inAnsys AEDT, SiWave , or equivalent simulation suites. Fluency in PCB layout tools ( Altium, OrCAD , etc.). Experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB layout principles. Bonus Skills:Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and EMI filter design.Personal AttributesStrong team player with excellent communication skills.
