Role Overview We are looking for acreative and detail-oriented Static Graphic Designerto design visually compelling assets that align with our brand identity. The role focuses onnon-motion designsacross digital, marketing, and internal communication channels.Key Responsibilities Design static creatives for: Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Website banners and landing pages Performance marketing ads (static) Emailers and newsletters Marketplace creatives (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Internal brand and HR communication Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual consistency Collaborate with marketing, content, and motion teams to translate briefs into strong visuals Adapt and resize creatives for multiple formats and platforms Maintain design timelines and deliver work as per agreed deadlines Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently Stay updated with design trends, layouts, typography, and color usageRequired Skills & Qualifications Proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator(mandatory) Working knowledge ofFigma or Canva(preferred) Strong understanding of: Layouts Typography Color theory Visual hierarchy Ability to convert ideas and briefs into impactful visuals Attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense Good communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as within a teamPreferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Experience working withD2C / lifestyle / fashion / FMCG brands Understanding of basic marketing and performance creatives Exposure to brand guideline creation or maintenance Familiarity with print design basics (optional) What We Offer Opportunity to work on a fast-growing brand Creative ownership and exposure across multiple design formats Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Competitive compensation based on experience
