This role will focus on embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into delivery governance, quality, and forecasting processes, ensuring smarter, faster, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Lead the adoption ofAI, automation, and digital toolsacross delivery operations to enhance efficiency and quality. Identify, evaluate, and implementautomation use casesacross governance, quality management, and forecasting processes. Design and championintelligent delivery copilots, predictive dashboards, and analytics solutionsthat support proactive decision-making. Partner with delivery and technology teams toembed digital-first practiceswithin operating models. Drive continuous improvement throughdata-driven insights and automation-led transformation initiatives. Build capability and awareness aroundAI/ML-driven delivery toolsand methodologies across teams.Must-Have Skills: Strong background inAI/ML-driven automation ,delivery analytics , andRPA tools(e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). Hands-on experience indata visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Proven track record indelivery transformation using digital and automation tools. Understanding ofdelivery governance frameworks , metrics, and performance management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change enablement skills.
