The role requires strong operational leadership, client management expertise, and deep experience in luxury hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end operations for luxury banquets, weddings, and large-scale events Manage planning, execution, and delivery of premium indoor and outdoor catering events Oversee banquet operations, logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, and budgeting Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards Collaborate with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver bespoke events Maintain cost controls, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency Handle multiple events simultaneously across locations when required Build, train, and manage high-performing operational teams Candidate Profile 8–15 years of experience inluxury banqueting, weddings, and event operations Background from5-star hotels, luxury hospitality brands, or premium outdoor catering companies Strong understanding of large-format weddings, social events, and corporate banquets Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel as per business requirements What’s on Offer Competitive compensation up to₹35 LPA Opportunity to lead marquee luxury events and weddings Association with a premium hospitality and events brand
