(Website: )Roles & Responsibilities :Design and development ofhardware architecturefor embedded, power electronics, and communication systems Circuit Simulation, Thermal Analysis, PCB Design(using ECAD tools such as Fusion 360 preferred) Firmware developmentfor AVR & ARM microcontrollers (Arduino IDE, Microchip Studio, Python, C++) Product development tasks : Market survey, BOM preparation, reports, manuals, vendor management Hands-on work insoldering, testing, and troubleshootingOEM hardware (Through-hole & SMD packages) Electronic component testingusing DSO, LCR meter, Multimeter, Megger, etc. Adherence to5S, safety protocols, and systematic laboratory practices Strong knowledge ofsemiconductors, communication protocols, and electronics Expertise inPower Converters, Motor Drivers, Embedded MCUs(AVR, ARM) Familiarity withCircuit Simulation Tools(Proteus, Texas Workbench, Ansys preferred) Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, Word)for documentation and reporting Excellentverbal & written communication skillsQualification & ExperienceBE/B.Techin Electrical/Electronics/Embedded Systems/Equivalent Minimum 3+ year experiencein hardware design engineering (Embedded or Power Electronics domain) Hands-on experience withPCB design, testing, and debuggingis mandatory
