We provide an intellectually stimulating and empowering work environment and place a high emphasis on being an equal opportunity employerThe Role: Sales Analyst – Fresh Graduate (B2B Enterprise Sales – Financial Services) Roles and Responsibility: Enterprise Sales Data Collation and Analysis ●Collect, structure, and maintain enterprise-level sales data across global financial services clients ●Build and manage Excel-based trackers and dashboards covering prospects, accounts, pipelines, and outreach activity ●Support senior sales leadership with outreach, scheduling, reports, and performance tracking ●Ensure high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and version controlB2B Lead Research and Database Development ●Research and build high-quality prospect databases across financial services sectors such as asset management, private equity, investment banking, consulting, and corporates ●Identify and map decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees within target enterprises ●Segment leads by geography, asset class, AUM, deal activity, seniority, and strategic relevance ●Continuously enrich databases with new intelligence, mandates, and organizational updates.CRM and Sales Enablement Tools Management ●Maintain CRM systems with accurate account, contact, pipeline, and activity data ●Ensure strict CRM hygiene aligned with enterprise sales processes and reporting requirements ●Support CRM customization, tagging, and reporting for financial services use cases ●Act as a bridge between sales, research, and marketing teams to ensure data consistencyEnterprise Outreach, Cold Emails, and Calling Support ●Execute structured cold email campaigns targeted at senior professionals in financial institutions ●Customize outreach messaging based on sector, geography, and client context ●Conduct courtesy calls and structured cold calls to enterprise prospects as per defined scripts ●Log all communication, follow-ups, and outcomes accurately within CRM systemsSales Process Discipline and Continuous Improvement ●Follow defined enterprise sales processes, outreach cadences, and compliance standards ●Support refinement of sales playbooks, pitch materials, email templates, and call scripts ●Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in lead conversion and pipeline movement ●Demonstrate strong learning agility with progressive responsibility in enterprise account supportAcademic and Professional Background: ●Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution (Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred)  ●Strong academic background with consistent performance and analytical aptitude ●Fresh graduates or candidates with limited prior experience are encouraged to apply ●Exposure to financial markets, financial services, or B2B environments through internships or projects is an advantageRequired skills: ●Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and structured data handling ●Comfort working with CRM platforms and enterprise sales tools ●Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English is non-negotiable. ●Strong research orientation and attention to detail ●Confidence in engaging with enterprise clients via email and phone ●High discipline, resilience, and ability to operate in a metrics-driven sales environmentRequired background ●Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and an interest in financial services ●Demonstrated inclination toward B2B enterprise sales, business development, or analytics ●Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive client information ●High ownership mindset, humility, and willingness to learn ●Demonstrable skill in english reading comprehension, verbal and written communication.Contact If you have the qualification, experience, and passion for the role mentioned above, please send your CV and Cover Letter [email protected] Requirements ●Only Mumbai based candidates or those that are willing to relocate toMumbaiwill be considered ●Willing to Work form Office 5 days a week.
