The role involvesL2/L3 supportfor business-critical financial applications, ensuring high system availability, performance, and reliability in a fast-paced trading environment.Key Responsibilities Application Support & Troubleshooting ProvideLevel 2 and Level 3 application supportfor wealth management and broking platforms Diagnose, analyze, and resolve application issues usingMS SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging techniques Performroot cause analysis (RCA)for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions Functional & Domain Support Apply strong understanding ofwealth management and broking operationsto support business workflows Assist business users by translating functional issues into technical resolutions Support critical market-hour issues with minimal business disruption Incident & Change Management Handle incidents, problems, and changes as perITIL best practices Ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting definedSLAs Coordinate with development, DBA, and infrastructure teams for complex issue resolution Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintaintechnical and functional documentation Contribute to knowledge base and SOPs for faster issue resolutionRequired Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology , or a related field Experience 4–5 years of experience inApplication Support Prior experience inWealth Management, Broking, Capital Markets, or Financial Servicesis mandatory Technical Skills Strong expertise inMS SQL and PL/SQL Application troubleshooting and debugging Good understanding ofdatabase concepts and data models Familiarity withITIL processes(Incident, Problem, Change Management) Functional Skills Strong knowledge ofwealth & broking business processes Understanding offinancial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks Experience supporting trading, portfolio, or back-office systems is a plus Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work under pressure during market hours Team-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset✅Ideal Candidate Profile Application Support Engineer fromCapital Markets / Broking / Wealth domain StrongSQL + functional understanding Comfortable workingon-siteand handlingcritical production issues
