Job Summary We are seeking an experiencedInvestor Relations professionalwithrelevant experience , includinghands-on exposure in a listed company environment . The role will be responsible for managing communication between the company and the investment community, ensuring transparent, timely, and compliant disclosures in line with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between the company andinvestors, analysts, and shareholders Managequarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst meets, and roadshows Prepare and reviewfinancial presentations, earnings releases, investor decks, annual reports, and fact sheets Ensure compliance withSEBI (LODR) regulations , stock exchange disclosures, and corporate governance norms Coordinate withFinance, Legal, Secretarial, and Senior Managementfor accurate and timely disclosures Handleanalyst queries, investor feedback , and market perception analysis Track and analyzeshareholding patterns, institutional ownership, market trends, and peer benchmarking Support leadership duringAGMs, EGMs, and board-level investor communications Monitor stock performance, trading activity, and investor sentiment Assist in managingcrisis communicationand sensitive market disclosures Maintain strong relationships withsell-side and buy-side analysts . Key Requirements Relevant experiencein Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications. Mandatory experience working with a listed company. Strong understanding ofcapital markets, equity research, and financial reporting. In-depth knowledge ofSEBI regulations, LODR norms, and disclosure requirements. Ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Experience interacting withCXOs, Board Members, Investors, and Analysts. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Educational Qualifications CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CSor equivalent qualification preferred.
