This role is ideal for professionals withstrong on-field exposurewho have independently handledregulatory inspections, compliance, site safety, HSE related trainings, and HSE Data Analysis & Report Preparationin complex operational environments.Role Highlights: - Lead end-to-endHSE Safety & compliance implementationacross onshore, offshore, drilling, and marine assets Act as theprimary liaisonwith regulatory authorities such asDGMS, PESO, OISD, DGH, other regulatory bodies. Ensure statutory approvals, licenses, inspections, and audit compliance Driveincident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive measures OverseeHSE SOPs, ERP / DMP, HAZOP studies, and mock drills Conduct regularsite visitsto drilling rigs and operational assets to ensure safety compliance LeadHSE trainingsfor employees and contractor workforce Coordinate with site HSE teams and prepare HSE performance reports Education/QualificationB.Tech or B. E / M.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical, Industrial Safety 15–18 years HSE experience in Upstream Oil & Gas / Drilling / Marine installations Proven hands-on site experience and regulatory interface exposure Relevant HSE certifications preferred
