This role will be responsible for driving growth, visibility, conversions, and profitability through strong aggregator partnerships, data-led decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, chefs, and operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managingSwiggy, Zomato, DotPe, Thrive , or similar platforms, and understands how to balance brand, margins, and scale in a competitive delivery-first environment. Key Responsibilities Aggregator & Platform Management Own end-to-end performance of delivery and aggregator channels Manage relationships with Swiggy, Zomato, DotPe, Thrive, and other platforms Negotiate visibility levers including banners, collections, homepage placements, and campaigns Coordinate platform-specific launches, festive campaigns, and city-level activations Growth, Visibility & Revenue Drive order volume, revenue, and contribution margins across delivery channels Plan and execute offers, deals, and promotions aligned with business goals Monitor and improve conversion rates through optimized listings and platform hygiene Track platform performance, competitor activity, and category benchmarks Menu, Pricing & Packaging Optimization Curate delivery-optimized menus with chefs and culinary teams Optimize pricing, combos, add-ons, and upsell opportunities Ensure packaging is delivery-friendly, cost-efficient, and brand-aligned Regularly refresh menus based on demand trends and platform insights Digital Hygiene & Content Excellence Ensure high-quality menu images, descriptions, tags, and keywords Maintain strong ratings, reviews, response SLAs, and operational hygiene Audit listings regularly for errors, downtime, and platform compliance Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with digital marketing teams on performance marketing and CRM Partner with operations teams to improve prep time, delivery SLAs, and order accuracy Collaborate with chefs on innovation, LTOs, and delivery-first concepts Support launch and scaling of cloud kitchens and virtual brands Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including GMV, orders, AOV, CAC, ROI, and margins Analyze platform data to identify growth levers and corrective actions Prepare performance dashboards and business reviews for leadership Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns and listings Desired Candidate Profile Experience 5–8 years of experience in delivery marketing, aggregator management, or digital growth Background in restaurants, hotels, QSR, cloud kitchens, or food-tech preferred Hands-on experience managing Swiggy & Zomato dashboards is mandatory Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of aggregator algorithms, visibility levers, and unit economics Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple brands, outlets, or kitchens simultaneously Personal Attributes Highly execution-focused and detail-oriented Commercially savvy with a balance of growth and profitability Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Passionate about food, brands, and digital consumer journeys Why Join Us Opportunity to own and scale a high-impact revenue channel Work across established restaurants, delivery brands, and cloud kitchens Direct exposure to leadership and decision-making High-growth role in a dynamic food & hospitality ecosystem
