This role will work closely with our existing sales, application, and manufacturing teams to support customers across automotive, auto-ancillary, EV, and gear manufacturing segments.Roles & Responsilities Manage and develop assigned accounts across Pune, Chakan, Talegaon, and nearby industrial areas Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships Engage directly with shop-floor teams to understand machines, applications, and cutting conditions Generate and follow up RFQs for gear hobs, shaper cutters, master gears, and special tools Support tool trials and production start-ups in coordination with internal engineering teams Track leads, RFQs, orders, and customer feedback systematically Monitor market activity and competitor offerings in the regionCandidate Profile Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering 3–8 years of experience in industrial, cutting tool, or machine tool sales Strong shop-floor orientation with good application understanding Experience with automotive or gear manufacturing customers preferred Familiarity with the Pune industrial region is an advantageWhat We Offer Opportunity to work with an established gear-cutting tool manufacturer Strong technical and manufacturing back-end support Performance-linked incentives and long-term growth opportunities Exposure to domestic and export-oriented customersLocation:Pune (field-based role) Apply by sending your CV to:hr@ Shortlisted candidateswill be requested to complete a brief technical screening form as part of the selection process. #Hiring #AreaSalesEngineer #ManufacturingJobs #MechanicalEngineering #PuneJobs #B2BSales
