Our product range includes harmonic filter reactors, neutral grounding reactors, current limiting reactors, power transformers etc.Job Role Overview We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team, with responsibilities that also include structured Business Development. The role involves identifying potential customers, preparing technically accurate quotations, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring smooth execution of orders from inquiry to dispatch.Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Market Identification • Conduct market research to identify companies and individuals across India and international markets who may require our products. • Build and maintain structured prospect lists. • Approach the right individuals and continuously onboard new customers. 2. Sales Operations & Lead Handling • Act as themain point of contactfor new as well as existing customers. • Evaluate incoming inquiries technically and prepare accurate offers. • Send quotations on time and ensure all technical or commercial doubts are addressed. • Track every quotation until closure, ensuring focused follow-ups to improve order- win rates. • Document and analyze reasons for lost orders and implement improvements. 3. Customer Coordination & Order Execution • Coordinate internally with planning, engineering, and production teams to track order status. • Ensure timely dispatches and fulfilment of commitments made to customers. • Handle customer queries post-dispatch and ensure end-to-end satisfaction. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and transactions for traceability. 4. Feedback & Continuous Improvement • Gather client feedback and contribute positively to improving processes, documentation, and service quality. 5. Marketing & Outreach • Assist with basic marketing coordination and communication tasks as required. 6.
