Founded by Vibha Raj, who inherited her skills from her mother, Vani Bhaskar, a Tanjore art teacher with over 40 years of experience, Tanjore Collective carries forward a rich legacy in art.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, addressing feedback, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and resolve customer concerns efficiently.Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build positive customer relationships Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues effectively Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer inquiries systematically Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative on-site work environment Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
