Job Description – Structural Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician Role:Draughtsman / CAD-Revit Technician (Mid/Senior Level) Experience:12+ years Location:Mumbai / Ludhiana Salary Range:₹6–8 LPA (based on expertise)Key Responsibilities Produce precise 2D and 3D drawings, models, and documentation usingAutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla . Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated outputs. Develop and maintainRevit families, templates, and construction detailsfor consistency and efficiency. Integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the BIM environment. Performclash detectionand resolve conflicts to optimize project execution. Prepare construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and schedules. Apply expertise insteel structuresandpre-engineered buildings (PEB) . Support visualization and presentations; knowledge ofEnscape, SketchUp, or 3ds Maxis an advantage. Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes while recommending workflow improvements. Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness, making revisions as required.Qualifications & Skills Diploma / ITI / Associate degree inArchitecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related field . Proven experience inRevit and BIM projects , with strong knowledge of workflows and best practices. Proficiency inAutodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla ; familiarity withNavisworkspreferred. Solid understanding ofconstruction standards, IS codes, and international regulations . Professional certifications inAutodesk Revit or BIM-related fieldsare required. Strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while upholding professional ethics.Reporting Reports directly to theHead of Department .
