In this position, you will: Manage the authorization and recording process for incoming invoices inCargoWise One , ensuring accuracy and compliance. Verify documentation and data integrity to guarantee proper accounting and reconciliations. Conduct internal checks and audits on supplier-related transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Finance teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements. Maintain organized and up-to-date records in line with company policies and audit standards.What We’re Looking For We are seeking adetail-oriented, proactive professionalwith: ABachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . At least 1 year of experiencein a similar role within accounting or finance. A solid understanding ofaccounts payable and invoicing processes . Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (especially Excel)and familiarity withCargoWise Oneor ERP systems. Strong accuracy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail. Good command ofEnglish , both written and spoken. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.The work schedule will primarily cover afternoon and evening hours (approximately 12 PM to 9 PM), for a total of 9 hours including a 1-hour break.Why Join Us At D.B.
