Key Responsibilities: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and annual engagement calendar Conduct pulse/engagement surveys and present insights Drive culture-building programs and reinforce company values Manage recognition & rewards programs Lead internal communication for HR & culture updates Support onboarding, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives Coordinate events, team-building activities, and employee campaigns What We’re Looking For: 3–6 years of HR experience in engagement, culture, or employee experience Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Creative mindset with the ability to design impactful people programs Data-driven approach with ability to analyse engagement insights
