About the Role Support day-to-day HR operations and office administration activities. Manage onboarding processes including documentation, induction scheduling, welcome arrangements, and workspace readiness. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth new joiner integration. Assist in creation and rollout of onboarding and training plans. Track training schedules, attendance, and completion records. Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, celebrations, and wellbeing activities. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and database updates. Support attendance, leave tracking, and HR process coordination. Assist in performance review cycle documentation and follow-ups. Manage office administration including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep. Ensure workplace readiness, hygiene, and basic employee requirements are maintained. Support travel, accommodation, and visit logistics when required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR operations or administration. Basic understanding of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes. Good organizational and coordination skills. Strong documentation and communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or corporate office environments. Exposure to HRMS tools and attendance systems.
